Every owner of two or more family dwelling units shall be responsible for maintaining in a safe, clean and good condition all
~ommunal, shared or public areas inside and out of the dwelling and appurtenant premises. Yards to be maintained by the
pwner. Prior violations ordered corrected on 03/17/99, 07/16/99, 11/30/99, 02/22/00 & 08/08/00. A citation was issued on
li\ugust 8, 2000 for failure to comply.
Summary
It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance of these orders on or before the compliance dates (state
statute). Failure to confirm compliance (236-5137) will result in ADDITIONAL citations being issued and court action pursued.
