New conduit has been run with no wiring and Romex has been run in the basement which is not installed to Code. The exterior electrical putlet wired with an extention cord shall be removed. The faulty ceilng fixture in the upper South east bedroom shall be replaced with a wall switched fixture by a licensed electrician.
