I wners or agents shall notify the tenants and insure that garbage shall be properly stored behind and adjacent to the rear of the dwelling
farthest away from any public street or sidewalk. Garbage shall not be placed out for pickup earlier than 4:00 p.m. the day before garbage
pickup. Garbage is to be set out for pickup at least once a week. Empty containers are to be returhed back to the storage area.
