In addition to not obtaining the required permits it has been noted that you also installed electrical and plUmbing in direct violation of state and local code requirements. The following are the State and Local code references that apply to permits and licenses: Comm 145.06 No person may engage in or work at plmnbing in the State of Wisconsin unless licensed by the Department of Commerce. Comm 5.31 No person may obtain a building permit for a one or two family dwelling unless the person holds a Dwelling Contractor Financial Responsibility certification issued by the Department of Commerce. To obtain this certification call (608) 261-8500. Mun 11-22 No person shall install, alter, repair, or remove any electrical equipment unless licensed by the City of Oshkosh. Mun 7..8, 11-32,20-8,7-43 Permits are required prior to commencing construction in the City of Oshkosh for building, electrical, plumbing, and heating work. As an experienced, seasoned residential contractor, you are well aware of the aforementioned regulations. Therefore, this letter serves as your final warning that violations ofthis nature discovered in the future will result in the issuance of Municipal Citations. This office reserves the right to consider such action for any other construction proj ects where these codes may have been violated. Failure to comply with the attached Correction Notice's for the remodeling project at 346Wyldewood Dr. #A, will result in issuance of Municipal Citations.
