The exterior walls have bowed showing structural problems. The roof system has sags also showing structural problems. We entered the dwelling for an interior inspection. All of the floors sag from the exterior walls toward the center of the bui Iding to a main beam to support the floor joists and the land bearing walls. In the center of the house there is a crawl space access door. Next to this is the main beam. I pulled a chunk of wood out of the beam with my hand. The floor system is not stable. From the outside walls to the center of the building the floor drops about 4 inches in 9 feet. Mr. Oliver agreed with me the building should be removed. Sincerely, ~~ John Sullivan BUILDING INSPECTOR
