REPAIRED AFTER THE ROOF LEAK HAS BEEN STOPPED.

THEY WERE NOT ISSUED SM)KE DETECTOR RESPONSIBILITY1 S IN WRITING NOR
WERE NEW MTTERIES INSTALLED IN THE SMOKE DETECTORS WHICH ARE PRESENT.
THERE IS NO MSEMENT S~'OKE DETECTOR THAT COULD BE FOUND. THE KITCHEN
StlQKE DETECTOR WAS REMOVED FROM THE MOUNTING. THIS DETECTOR" HOWEVER"
SHALL NOT BE REINSTAUED IN THE KITCHEN" BUT tlQVED TO ANOTHER FIRST
FLOOR AREA AWAY FROM THE KITCHEN AND BATHROOM.
AN INSPECTION BY THE PLUMBING INSPECTOR OF THE REAR UPPER LIVING UNIT
KITCHEN AND BATH PLUMBING IS REQUIRED.
ALL REQUIRED PERMITS SHALL BE OBTAINED ON OR -BEFORE NOVEMBER 13" 1992.
THE SECOND FLOOR STAIRWAY ON THE EXTERIOR REAR SHALL EITHER BE REPLACEI
AS ORDERED OR REtIOVED AS THE EXIT IS NOT REQUIRED IN A SINGLE FAMILY
DWELLING. AN INSPECTION TO ASSURE COMPLIANCE WILL BE MADE ON NOV. 23"
