We have reviewed your schedule for corrections required on your
rental property at 1215 Spruce Street, Oshkosh, WI. We are in
agreement with your schedule of completion dates for the following
violations:

We are, however, in disagreement with the schedule of completion
dates for the following violations:
f'1{)#3 - The front steps shall be corrected by December 31,1992.
NO #4 - The rear steps to second floor corrected by December 31,
1992.
#D#5 - Deadbolt locking device installed by December 31, 1992.
#17 - Damaged plaster to be repaired/painted by February 15,
1993.
An inspection will be made on December 15, 1992, to assure that all
violations you indicate wi II be corrected, have in fact been
corrected by that date. Another inspection wi 11 be made on
December 31, 1992, and so on until all violations have been
corrected.
