A NEW KITCHEN SINK AND WASTE HAS BEEN INSTALLED WtTHOUT
PERMIT AND AN AUTO VENT HAS BEEN INSTALLED
THE VANITY SINK IS LOOSE ON THE CABINET ALLOWING THE WASTE
TO BECOME DISCONNECTED. THE SINK SHALL BE RESECURED.
A GFI ELECTRICAL WALL RECE~TACLE IS REQUIRED IN THE BATH.
THE LIGHT FIXTURE ATTACHED TO THE SHOWER STALL SHALL BE
RE~10VED .

KITCHEN STOVE AND A CAP SHALL BE INSTALLED ON THE GAS
PIPE IN THE BASEMENT WHICH IS NOT IN USE.
