'I'he restaurant area has ooen classified as'!ype 513 construction and the motel
holidane area has been class1f1e<1 as heavy timber Type 4 construction.
The exposed wall of all of the existing buildingsh3.1l be either all glass or 1-
hour noncanbustible construction.
The canopy over 000r'8 14 A and 13 and dooI'S 13 shall be precast concrete as
indicated in our- meeting of Februat"y 4, 198~.
:tLHR 55.07 Two exits are required :from the pr>e-function room, room 57. One or
the doors 39A or 13 and one of the doors 42A or 13 shall have their swing
changed so as to provide exiting from the pre-functiooed room. CO:'Tidor"

rooms 242, 244 and 246. The court will be permitted to be covered with clear
gla2d.ng ma.terials. It is noted tl"..a.t if a third and fourth story motel
add! tions will be constructed then the gla zing material will be subject to an
increased snow load due todr-ifting snow f'rom. the higher roof elevatla'lS.
