1. NOTE: Original plans proposed new entrance to the south of the property along 13ra~ley St. The
proposed new entrance was denied per Sec. 25-104.1 {c}. Re-submitted plans (dated 01/03/07) show
the entrance has been eliminated. Thus, all site access regulations are met.
2. NOTE/CONDITION: Per applicant, current facility utilizes a refuse disposal area to the north of
the facility (within existing 6' high chain link fence area shown on plans). If current (or future)
dumpsters are re-Iocated anywhere else on the site in the future, a new refuse disposal area will
need to be constructed/approved by the City of Oshkosh Community Development Department in
accordance with 30-35(1)(4).
3. CONDITION: Exterior lighting plan not submitted. No exterior lighting shall be installed until a
photometric plan is submitted and approved by the City of Oshkosh.
4. CONDITION: Signage not submitted. Nosignage shall be installed until signage plans are
submitted and approved by the City of Oshkosh.
