Schmidt Circ,uit Court Branch 6 Court Prep for 546 Ceape Ave . 11/24/06 Responding to a MHC complaint, an inspection of 546 Ceape (l05 Bay St. unit was inspected) was made at which time the junk/debris conditions were noted. . 11/29/06 A notice to the occupants of 546 Ceape was sent to address the junk/debris conditions with a Compliance Date of 12/6/06. . 12/11/06 A re-inspection was made which revealed that the junk/debris conditions had not been addressed. Final notice was sent out noting that another re-inspection would be conducted on 12/20/06. If compliance was not achieved by 12/20 it was noted in the Correction Notice that a 2- day citation in the amount of$435.00 would be issued to Roxanne Triechel. . 1/2/07 A re-inspection was made and the violation was still not corrected. A 2-day citation was issued to Roxanne Triechel. Initial court date set for Feb 14th, 2007. . 1/17/07 Re-inspection while in the area. No compliance . 2/14/07 Re-inspection day of court.
