This letter identified issues on your property that need to be addressed in order to improve the appearance and condition of your property and the overall neighborhood. Per our conversation with you we have established reasonable and mutually agreed upon dates by which the property conditions at 508 Madison St. will be addressed. They are as follows: 1. VVindows - deteriorated sashes - broken glass - plastic covered (17 -36A) - 1/16/07 2. Garbage, junk, and debris on premises (17-36B) - 10/30/06 3. Improper storage of supplies, toys, etc. (17-36B) (must be stored out of public view) - 10/30/06 4. Parking / storing vehicles and trailers in areas not designated for parking or lawns (30-36A(4))- vehicle to be moved off lawn by 10/30/06 5. Driveways and parking areas shall be maintained and grass/weed free (17-36A) - 1/16/07 - where no garage exists the maximum driveway width shall not exceed 12 feet (30-36C(5)) Please check with the Inspection Services Division to verify whether or not a permit is required to address the above conditions. and, if applicable, make sure that permits are obtained.
