This complainant informed this office that while shopping at your store this weekend, the inside temperature was lower than normal and that all the employees were wearing jackets to keep warm. When the complainant inquired about the lower temperature he/she was advised it was company policy handed down by Roundy's to keep the temperature at or below 50 degrees F. You informed me that company policy is actually to keep the store temperature at 65 degrees F and that through miscommunication this past weekend the temperature had been turned down to 60 degrees F. You advised this has since been corrected. Please be reminded that per State of Wisconsin Commercial Building & HV AC code, the minimum inside design temperature for supermarkets is 68 degrees F per Comm Table 64.0403. As indicated, this office responds to this issue on complaint. Should such a complaint be received in the future, this office may respond by investigating for compliance and should non-compliance be found corrective action would be pursued. If you have questions on this matter, please call me at 920-236-5045. off spection Service cc: Robert LaBello, Roundy's mc. Store Directors: Pick and Save, 1900 Jackson St. Copps, 1200 S Koeller St
