The following extensions have been granted: January 23, 2006 Building permits are to be obtained for the garage and siding on the house. February 1, 2006 The garage is to be roofed and weather tight. The exterior walls of the garage are to be covered with a membrane that will protect the sheathing. June 1, 2006 The painting, siding or a combination of both on the front porch and house are to be completed. In regards to the location of the garbage cans the City of Oshkosh Municipal Code does not allow the cans to be located within the front yard. Please remember that your property has two front yards (the alley and Fox St). Failure to meet the above deadlines may result in citations.
