Dear Mr. Zutz,
I have enclosed the open correction notices on your property. Per our agreement the garage was to be completed
and inspected by August 1, 2006. As ofthis date there have not been any inspections requested and/or conducted.
Final inspections are required to close the open orders. Please contact our office at 236-5128 to schedule the
required inspections so the files can be closed. Failure to request inspections within the next 10 days may result in

Dear Mr. Zutz,
I have reviewed your letter requesting extensions with Allyn Dannhoff, Director of Inspection Services. The
following extensions have been granted:
January 23, 2006
Building permits are to be obtained for the garage and siding on the house.
February 1, 2006
The garage is to be roofed and weather tight. The exterior walls of the garage are to
be covered with a membrane that will protect the sheathing.
June 1, 2006
The painting, siding or a combination of both on the front porch and house are to be
completed.
In regards to the location of the garbage cans the City of Oshkosh Municipal Code does not allow the cans to be
located within the front yard. Please remember that your property has two front yards (the alley and Fox St).
Failure to meet the above deadlines may result in citations. If you have any questions on the following extensions
, feel free to contact me at 236-5036. Permits can be obtained Monday through Friday 7:30-8:30am and 12:30-
1:30pm.
