SPECIAL CLAIMS: Special Claim submitted to City's Insurance carrier: Susan Fauske, 877 Harmel Avenue, in the amount of $90.94 for damages to her vehicle as a result of hitting a pothole. Anthony Biehn, 427 N. Lark Street, in the amount of $1 ,955.60 for damages to his vehicle as a result of an accident with a city vehicle.
