NOTE: Entire phase II/Bldg. "B" with patio was approved 08/22/06 (see review sheet).
NOTE: Per applicant, rooftop mechanical equipment will be re-positioned 20' to the west and will
not be visible from any property lines alleviating need for rooftop screening.
NOTE: Signage proposed by Buffalo Wild Wings includes the following:
1. North elevation-proposed wall sign area is approximately 60 square feet. Supporting wall
area is approximately 1,849 square feet. Proposed wall sign is 3.2% of north elevation. Okay.
2. West elevation---proposed wall sign area is 70 square feet. Supporting wall area is
approximately 1,428 square feet. Proposed wall sign is 4.9% of west elevation. Okay.
3. East elevation---proposed wall sign is approximately 60 square feet. Supporting wall area is
approximately 1,811 square feet. Proposed wall sign is 3.3% of east elevation. Okay.
4. Pylon/ground signage depicted in plans as "existing" was previously approved under a
separate application (see review sheet dated 10/19/06).
5. Proposed awning meets minimum clearance standards. Okay.
CONDITION: Signage approved as proposed. However, if a sign company makes
changes/alterations at a future date, such changes must be submitted and approved by the
Community Development Department.

Hi Todd,
Yes, to address the issue of screening the roof-top units from the residential neighborhood behind the Buffalo
Wild Wings, we are relocating the two RTUs forward 20 feet. By relocating these units, you are unable to see the
units from 6 foot above the rear property line in a straight line back from the unit. This way additional screening, or
the addition of two courses of eMU, will not be necessary at the existing rear wall.
