On 12/10/2004 we received the correction notice for 1011 E. Irving, Oshkosh,
Wise. Since receiving the notification, we have assessed the violations
listed in the notice and are responding as follows:
Item number 1-3: Due to the inclement weather at this time we are
requesting an extension of time to paint the exterior of the building and
garages. Exterior cement structure will also be repaired. We would request
that you give us until November 30, 2005 to have this work completed.
Item number 4: We have placed a deadbolt so there can be no access to the
upper porch and are again requesting an extension of time to either replace
the upper porch or remove it. Our plan would be to have this issue addressed
by June 30, 2005.
Item number 5: We did an inspection of all cracked windows and have
repaired all broken glass.
Item number 6: We have brought a trailer to 1011 E. Irving so that the
,tenants can get rid of all debris in the yard as well as the garage. Expected
completion date is 12/23/2004.
Item number 7:
