My name is Andrew Prickett; I am the City of Oshkosh's new Housing Inspector. I am currently
updating the existing property maintenance files and I came across your property located at
1011 E Irving Ave. in Oshkosh, which still has an open Correction Notice. The Notice was
issued 12/9/04. I have enclosed a copy of the original Correction Notice, which has been
updated to show compliance where applicable, along with some new pictures. Also, I have
included a schedule of corrective action that was received by this office 12/27/04, which
requests time extensions for certain items. As per the letter, all repairs were to be completed

before 5/5/06 so we can arrange an agreeable schedule of repairs and a re-inspection. I
