No permit has been obtained as of01-04-07. Mr. Jackson was instructed by Plumbing Inspector on 12-08-06 that a permit and plan review were required. A late fee shall now apply permit fee. 01/04/2007 Last Updated Summary You shall be required to submit plans per Comm. 82.20 regarding the installation of private water main and water service to garage, obtain a plumbing permit per Munc. code sect 20-8 and call for proper inspection regarding all phases of the project.A double plan review fee and late permit fee shall apply. Plans shall be submitted to Plumbing Inspector, as an Agent Municipality no later than 01/12/07. Failure to do so may result in a penalty assessed back from 12-08-06 to 01-12-07. Violations must be corrected and approved within 30 days unless otherwise noted. Call for reinspections prior to concealment and/or occupancy.
