until a photometric plan for the property is submitted and approved by the Department of Community
Development.
2. NOTE: Signage is not part of this submittal, as it is not supplied. No signage shall be installed until sign
plans are submitted and approved by the Department of Community Development.
3. CONDITION: All new equipment cabinets (or structures) related to th~ new antennae shall be screened
from view by an evergreen hedge or other suitable landscape treatments per Section 30-35(J)(2)(I)(ii).
