No new parts are included if required because of age, corrosion or damage due to age during the change over Basement 1) Demo 2 light fixtures, 2 receptacles, 1 porcelain light fixture and 2 switches installed incorrectly 2) Rework a NM cable extending from a light fixture box to code 3) Replace 1 defective porcelain light fixture 4) Provide and install a porcelain light fixture in the closet area 5) Relocate the light fixture mounted on the post at the base of the steps Garage 1) Provide and install a 30 amp 120/250 volt single phase 4 wire underground feeder between the house and the garage, installed after frost is out 2) Provide and install a 6 circuit Square D panel with grounding per code 3) Provide and install a ground fault receptacle next ,to the panel, one 110 volt receptacle for the garage door opener, 2 porcelain light fixtures, wiring for 1 owner provided light fixture front door and 2 single pole switches Price quote in the amount of $1 ,485.00, which includes the cost of a city e./ectrical permit fee.
