Re: Electrical Improvements at
335 North Westfield Street, Oshkosh
Siding Project
1) Remove 2 light fixtures and install after siding
2) Remove one 110 volt receptacle on the front of the house and install a ground fault
receptacle and an in-use cover per code
3) Remove the electrical service and reinstall after new siding is installed, grounding will be
brought up to code. No new parts are included if required because of age, corrosion or
damage due to age during the change over
Basement
1) Demo 2 light fixtures, 2 receptacles, 1 porcelain light fixture and 2 switches installed
incorrectly
2) Rework a NM cable extending from a light fixture box to code
3) Replace 1 defective porcelain light fixture
4) Provide and install a porcelain light fixture in the closet area
5) Relocate the light fixture mounted on the post at the base of the steps
Garage
1) Provide and install a 30 amp 120/250 volt single phase 4 wire underground feeder
between the house and the garage, installed after frost is out
2) Provide and install a 6 circuit Square D panel with grounding per code
3) Provide and install a ground fault receptacle next ,to the panel, one 110 volt receptacle
for the garage door opener, 2 porcelain light fixtures, wiring for 1 owner provided light
fixture front door and 2 single pole switches
Price quote in the amount of $1 ,485.00, which includes the cost of a city e./ectrical permit fee.
The above quote is based on approval by WPS with no changes to the electrical service.
