My name is Andrew Prickett; I am the City of Oshkosh's Housing Inspector. I am currently
updating the existing property maintenance files and I came across your property located at
317 W 6th Ave. in Oshkosh, which still has an open Correction Notice. The Notice was
originally issued to Baylake Bank (see copy of the Correction Notice as well as photos) and was
also issued to Victor and Tanya Duket (former listed owners). According to the City of
Oshkosh's website you purchased the property in June. I do not know if you were made aware
of the open Correction Notice before you purchased the property. The two decks that were
built were done without the proper building permit. Also, the manner in which they were built
is notcode compliant and violates zoning ordinances in regards to required setback. Please

can. discuss what needs to be done to remedy this situation. I appreciate your attention to
