I appreciate your understanding in having the tree replaced at our complex. I assure you it will be replaced in the early spring of 2007, no later than April 30, 2007. I am planning a trip to the shopping center on January 30, 2007. I will make certain the banners have been removed from Starbucks and US Cellular. Our Tenants are required to gain approval from us prior to installation of any exterior advertising signage. Neither of these Tenants requested approval. Part of our process is to ensure the Tenant attained the proper permits through the local municipality. Please feel free to contact me if you need any additional information.
