Inspector From: Ed Potempa, Civil Engineer II ~~ Date: May 12, 1988 Subject: EASEMENT INFRINGEMENT, LOT 33, ORCHARD LANE ESTATES The proposed house plans for Lot 33, of the Orchard Plat Estates plat, call for an approximate 2.1 foot infringement upon the existing 10 foot storm sewer easement on the north side of said Lot 33. An existing 27" storm sewer is center- ed in the platted 20 foot easement, divided evenly between Lot 33 and Lot 34. This slight encroachment into the easement area is not serious and is acceptable to the Department of Public Works. -...-.--------.
