ADD under Scope of Services: A. Topographic Survey "4. ENGINEER shall perform field survey of Westfield Drive, the Landmark Plaza Site, and the Tippler Jr. High School Site in areas that currently appear to flood east of Landmark Plaza. Survey will include structures, low areas, overflow elevations, and other points of hydrologic relevance." D. Analysis of potential impacts of future development on existing drainage system. "6. Alternative 6 - Analysis of the effect of removing the proposed detention basin directly south of Landmark Plaza, detention at the Armory and at 9th StreetlW ashburn, removing the diversion pipe under HWY 41, and increasing the storage capacity (as a dry detention basin) at the Tippler Jr. High School Site. This will also include analysis of an overflow route east of Landmark Plaza to the Tippler Jr. High detention basin and sizing of a 100- year storm sewer in the DOT right-of-way downstream of the diversion to Landmark Plaza. 7. Alternative 7 - Analysis of the effect of removing the proposed detention basin directly south of Landmark Plaza, detention at the Armory and at 9th Street/Washburn, leaving the diversion pipe under HWY 41 intact, and increasing the storage capacity (as a dry detention basin) at the Tippler Jr. High School Site. Pipe capacity analysis of the entire modeled system to show the pipe capacity according to design storm in a GIS figure with the recommended alternative in place. 14.
