Description of Termini of Project
Beginning 1330.71 feet north and 132.90 feet west of the southeast corner of Section 16, Township 18 North, Range 16 East, in the City of Oshkosh,
Winnebago County, Wisconsin; thence northwesterly and westerly along the reference lines of North Washburn Street and Westowne Avenue within the
right-of-way shown on the plat approximately 0.399 miles to a point 686.88 feet south and 1659.03 feet west of the east quarter corner of said Section 16,
Township 18 North, Range 16 East in the City of Oshkosh and there terminating.
To properly establish, layout, widen, enlarge, extend, construct, reconstruct, improve, or maintain a portion of the highway designated
above, it is necessary to relocate or change and acquire certain lands or interests in lands as shown on the right of way plat for the above
. project.
To effect this change, pursuant to authority granted under Section 62..22, Wisconsin Statutes, the City of Oshkosh orders that:
1. The said highway is laid out and established to the lines and widths as shown on the plat.
2. The required lands or interests in lands as shown on the plat shall be acquired by the City of Oshkosh pursuant to the provisions of
Section 62.22, Wisconsin Statutes.
