Scope Of Change Provide and install all needed equipment to eliminate the wireless reader / locks and replace them with magnetic locks, HID readers, REX sensors, and door contacts. In addition, this document will provide for the mag-locks and door strikes required at the water treatment plant. The wireless receivers already purchased will be re-stocked. Re-stocking fee included. All required raceway and wall penetrations are included. Revised drawings and documentation included. B. City Hall . Three sets of mag-locks . Three HID ProxPro readers . Any deviation from above specifications involving extra cost will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. Performance by Suburban Electric upon the terms herein is contingent upon circumstances outside the reasonable control of Suburban Electric (i.e. liabilities for additional material cost or availability due to current market conditions), and Suburban Electric shall not be responsible for any failure to perform attributable to such circumstances. LIEN NOTICE: As required by the Wisconsin Construction Lien Law, Suburban Electric hereby notifies Owner that persons or companies furnishing labor or materials for the construction on Owner's land may have lien rights on that land and on the buildings on that land if they are not paid for such labor or materials. Those entitled to lien rights, in addition to Suburban Electric, are those who contract directly with the Owner or those who give the Owner notice within 60 days after they first furnish labor or materials for the construction. Accordingly, Owner probably will receive notices from those who furnish labor or materials for the construction and should give a copy of each notice received to his mortgage lender, if any.
