This invoice is from the fixture appraiser who prepared a report for use in conjunction with the appraisal of parcel 7. We discussed the necessity of obtaining a fixture appraisal at our kickoff meeting on January 19, 2006. It was decided at that time that I would submit a contract change order for the additional cost. Unfortunately, I neglected to do it at that time Please consider this the revision to the contract to add an additional $2,200 for this report. I have attached a revised fee schedule.
