RE: Permit request for Hrnak's Flowers & Gifts sign upgrade
We are pleased to apply for a sign permit for our client Hmak's Flowers & Gifts. Our
client has requested to have their existing sign upgraded per the enclosed artwork proofs
and site plan. The site address is 1307 W. 9th Ave. Please note that the permit application
has already been sent and enclosed you will fmd the payment check for the permit and
site review fee totaling $113.00.
We would request that the following sign payment be submitted and that the permit copy

RE: Permit request for Hmak's Flowers & Gifts sign upgrade
David,
We are pleased to apply for a sign permit for our client Hrnak's Flowers & Gifts. Our
client has requested to have their existing sign upgraded per the enclosed artwork proofs
and site plan. The site address is 1307 W. 9 Ave. Please note that the permit application
is filled out along with the other criteria. Also note that the sign upgrade will not require a
new footing or add any more height to the existing sign. A site plan has been enclosed
for review showing the existing sign location and setbacks which will not change.
Finally, our UL label is enclosed as well.
We would request that the following sign information be submitted to inspections for
permit issuance as quickly as possible. Please inform us of the cost of the sign permit
and my company will issue a payment check immediately so that we can begin this
project if given the approval. Thank you for your time and help. If you have any
questions with the proposed sign upgrade, please feel free to contact me.
