Our client has requested to have their existing sign upgraded per the enclosed artwork proofs and site plan. Also note that the sign upgrade will not require a new footing or add any more height to the existing sign. A site plan has been enclosed for review showing the existing sign location and setbacks which will not change. Finally, our UL label is enclosed as well. We would request that the following sign information be submitted to inspections for permit issuance as quickly as possible.
