TION CORP., Grantee,
WITNESSETH:
IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and
other good and valuable consideration paid by the Grantee, the receipt of
which is hereby acknowledged, the Grantor does hereby give and grant unto
the Grantee, its successors and assigns, an easement in, under and over the
land hereinafter described, including the tight to enter upon said land for
the purpose of construction, maintaining, and repairing drainage swales
to an existing detention pond, under, over, and upon certain tracts of land
situated in the City of Oshkosh, Winnebago County, Wisconsin, and described
as follows:

Being located within the SW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 2, T18N, R16E, 12th Ward, City of Oshkosh,
Winnebago County, Wisconsin, containing 6781.77 square feet of land and being described as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast comer of Lot 1 of Certified Survey Map No. 5907 as recorded in the
Winnebago County Registry, running thence S. 00032'34" W. 188.25 feet along the East line of said Lot 1
CSM No. 5907 and being the true point of beginning; thence S. 61046'36" E. 75.70 feet; thence S. 00000'00" W.
23.33 feet; thence S. 29048'19" W. 137.59 feet to a point on the East line of said Lot 1; thence N. 00032'34" E.
178.53 feet along the East line of said Lot 1 to the true point of beginning.
IT IS FURTHER MUTUALLY AGREED that no building or other substantial or permanent structure shall
be placed upon said property, and Grantor shall keep the premises completely free of all obstructions.
The Grantee releases the Grantor from all debts, claims, demands, damages, actions and causes of action
whatsoever which may result from said easement heretofore granted by Grantor, and further agrees to hold the
Grantor free and harmless from any claim for damages which may be made by reason of damages or ipJury to persons
or property connected therewith.
