and after advertisement, the mortgaged premises hereinafter described was sold, on April 4th, 2006, to
Redevelopment Authority of the City of Oshkosh, a Wisconsin Corporation duly organized and existing under and
by virtue of the laws of the State of Wisconsin, located at Oshkosh, Wisconsin, the best bidder; and
WHEREAS, said Redevelopment Authority of the City of Oshkosh is now entitled to a conveyance according to
law,

NOW, THEREFORE, the undersigned in consideration of the payment to him of $45,136.00, receipt of which is
hereby acknowledgea, conveys to Redevelopment Authority of the City of Oshkosh the foliowing tract of land in
Winnebago County, Wisconsin:
The South Half (S %), front and rear, of the East Half (E %) of Lot Eight (8), Block Seventy-two (72), in the
Fourth Ward, City of Oshkosh, per Leach's Map of 1894, subject to the use of the North 3 feet thereof, which
said 3 feet with the 3 feet adjoining the same to the North has been dedicated as a common driveway for use
of adjoining owners,
WITNESS the hand and seal of said Sheriff on this I rth day of April, 2006.
