RE: Height Permit for 1922 Arizona Street
Dear Ed:
This office has reviewed the height restriction requirements
as they apply to the new home construction at 1922 Arizona
Street, City of Oshkosh.
The maximum height allowed at this location is 820 MSL. The
approximate existing ground elevation is 765 MSL. The proposed
height above grade of the dwelling will be 14 feet above grade
and, when added to the existing ground e1~vation, will not
exceed the maximum height allowed. Therefore, this office
has no objections to the proposed construction.
