STAIRWAY VIOLATION Attached are copies of correspondence between this Department and Thomas Rusch regarding a Code violation at the above referenced address. Inspection on Jan. 7, 1985 discloses that satisfac-tory correction has not been completed. I am therefore rec~ ommending legal action based on the following considerations; 1. Two notices hevebeen sent regarding these violations. 2. Nearly six months have passed since first notice. 3. No apparent effort has been made to correct this violation. 4. Oakwood Road Dear Mr. Rusch: Attached is a copy of a notice sent you recently regarding a violation of the Oshkosh Municipal Code at the above ref- erenced address. A follow up inspection on Dec. 5, 1984 discloses that satisfactory corrections have not been completed. No further notice will be given. Continued violation after Dec. 17, 1984 will be referred for legal action. Call me at 236~5051 for reinspection as soon as corrections are completed.
