COPS employees, and any sub- contractors we might use, are fully insured (liability and work. comp coverages). In your case, we would have subcontractors perform electrical, plumbing, concrete cutting, and drywall finishing. The balance of work would be by COPS employees. I've included painting in our estimate below. If you don't want that included, I can provide a deduct number for that, or alter the estimate to reflect any changes you desire. If you wish to pursue the work. further with us, I would have our electrician look at your home in order to provide us with a firm estimate, rather than the allowance I have given. Work description (COPS to provide labor & materials for) - Permits & plans _ Demolition; All closet (new bath) drywall, create 8' closet opening, bedroom carpet & pad, as required for relocation of 30" closet door to bedroom entry and installation of 36" new bathroom door, existing bathroom drywall as required for tie-in of water supply lines ..... _ Rough framing; new closet walls, relocate 30" bath door to bedroom entry, rough opening for new 36" closet door, framing as required to raise tub level to height desired by owner, new bathroom window, bathroom window material allowance, $300 .
