The contractor has failed to arrange the necessary inspection(s) to verify code compliance. Our records indicate: ❑ A Temporary Certificate of Occupancy was granted on , subject to correcting and obtaining a re- inspection of the attached noted code violations. ❑ A Final Electrical Inspection conducted on revealed the attached code violations which have not been re- inspected for compliance. These code violations prohibited occupancy approval at that time.
