1. NOTE: Approved by conditional use res. 06-295A
2. NOTE: 1,200 sq. ft. C-Store requires 6 stalls; 1,200 square ft restaurant requires 12 stalls. Total of
18 required. Only 17 provided. As you are only deficient ONE space, we will accept under
canopy spaces as legal parking spaces. Parking okay.
CONDITION: Lighting is not included in review as it is not supplied (except for wall packs).
Provide photometric plan for lighting approval.
4. NOTE: Signage is not included in review.
5. CONDITION: Ingress/egress must be painted per conditional use permit.
6. CONDITION: Retention pond shall be fenced according to DPW requirement.
7. CONDITION: Any damage to landscaping caused by ingress/egress of vehicles/trucks on the
property will be replaced and maintained at the property owner's expense.
