I chose to open my bookshop on Main Street in downtown Oshkosh because I feel passionately about making downtown a unique, desirable destination for members of our community and neighbors to enjoy, to shop, and to frequent. I moved from Minneapolis, Minnesota, in part to raise my children in a smaller city setting so that they could grow to know what it means to belong to a tight knit community. The downtown area acts as a focus for that sense of community, and I want to offer my marketing expertise and business experience to help the downtown area capitalize on its potential.
