Home My WebLink About06-294 OCTOBER 10, 2006 06-294 RESOLUTION (CARRIED 7 -0 LOST LAID OVER WITHDRAWN PURPOSE: INITIATED BY: GRANT EASEMENTS; RELINQUISH EASEMENTS; ACCEPT EASEMENT: A) ATLAS AVENUE B) WINNEBAGO COUNTY PARK C) WINNEBAGO COUNTY PARK DEPT OF PUBLIC WORKS PLAN COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: All Approved BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to grant drainage and grading easements to Mercury Marine on the north side of Atlas Avenue, per the attached "Exhibit A", and to execute any and all documents necessary for purposes of same. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that the City hereby relinquishes storm and sanitary sewer easements within Winnebago County Park, east of Kope Avenue, per the attached "Exhibit B", and hereby accepts a storm sewer easement in Winnebago County Park, east of Kope Avenue, per the attached "Exhibit C", and the property City officials are authorized to execute any and all documents necessary for purposes of same.
