Durin~ an inspection in the neighborhood it was noted that the garage appears to have been run into by a vehicle and has
!sustained a good amount of damage. The garage is considered to be a hazard since it is hard to gauge the extent of structural
!ctamage. Please contact this office within the next 10 days so that the necessarry steps to repair the garage can be taken.

and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections, the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 5/26/2006
Office hours for obtaining permits are Monday through Friday 7:30-8:30 a.m. and 12:30-1 :30 p.m. or by appointment. To schedule
inspections please call the Inspection Request line at 236-5128 noting the address, permit number (when applicable), and the
nature of what needs to be inspected.
