Reviewing the file for 200 N. Campbell Road, it was noted that a Certificate
of Occupancy has not been issued for the alterations to meeting/dining area,
referenced by Building Permit #116516. The file has been closed.
. A Final Electrical Inspection was not approved.
. A Final Plumbing Inspection was not conducted.
Without a Certificate of Occupancy there may be delays with any future sale
or refinancing of the property. Additionally, occupancy with out a
Certificate of Occupancy is a violation of the Oshkosh Municipal Code.
