eyesore and/or hazard. This includes the proper storage & removal of garbage & debris. All junk/debris in the yard including brush, car parts,
'unk, debris, garbage, etc. shall be removed from the premises or properly stored out of sight.

and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections, the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 7/31/2006
Office hours for obtaining permits are Monday through Friday 7:30-8:30 a.m. and 12:30-1:30 p.m. or by appointment. To schedule
inspections please call the Inspection Request line at 236-5128 noting the address, permit number (when applicable), and the
nature of what ~dS to be inspected.
