Reviewing the file for 1270 Judy Lee Drive. it was noted that a Certificate of
Occupancy has not been issued for the new single family residence, referenced by
Building Permit(s) 108569. Certain items are missing, therefore, the required
Certificate of Occupancy cannot be issued.
D A Temporary Certificate of Occupancy was granted on , subject to correcting.
and obtaining a re-inspection of the attached noted code violations.
o A Final Electrical Inspection conducted on revealed the attached code
violation(s) which have not been re-inspected for compliance. These code violations
prohibited Occupancy Approval at the time.
D A Final Electrical Inspection or Re-inspection was requested, but there was no
access to the site at the time of the requested inspection.
IZI Final Electrical and Plumbing Inspections have not been requested or conducted.

Without a Certificate of Occupancy there may be delays with any future sale or refinancing of
your property. Additionally, occupancy without a Certificate of Occupancy is a violation of the
