Certain items are missing, therefore, the required Certificate of Occupancy cannot be issued. D A Temporary Certificate of Occupancy was granted on , subject to correcting. and obtaining a re-inspection of the attached noted code violations. o A Final Electrical Inspection conducted on revealed the attached code violation(s) which have not been re-inspected for compliance. These code violations prohibited Occupancy Approval at the time. D A Final Electrical Inspection or Re-inspection was requested, but there was no access to the site at the time of the requested inspection. IZI Final Electrical and Plumbing Inspections have not been requested or conducted. o Other: Without a Certificate of Occupancy there may be delays with any future sale or refinancing of your property.
