While having conversation with Adam Krause (Electrical Inspector who was inspecting while I was on vacation), he mentioned
hat the disconnecting means for the Fire Pump was not located ahead of the Service Disconnect. On 7/7/6 I had conversation
with John Hazelberg from Witzke Electric that this would not be a code compliant installation.

Description A. Fire Pump shall be permitted to be supplied by a separate service, or from a connection ahead of and not within the same cabinet,
enclosure, or vertical switchboard section as the service disconnecting means.

and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections, the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 8/17/2006
Office hours for obtaining permits are Monday through Friday 7:30-8:30 a.m. and 12:30-1 :30 p.m. or by appointment. To schedule
inspections please call the Inspection Request line at 236-5128 noting the address, permit number (when applicable), and the
nature of at needs to be inspected.
