Andrew, The issues you pointed out to us at our Duplex at 802
Bayshore we are going to take of as follows.
The dead birch tree in front: We are first going to get an
estimate from a tree removal service to see if perhaps we can
afford to get all the birch trees removed because none of them
are too healthy.
The plastic around the exterior windows: We plan on removing
all the exterior plastic around the windows and replace the
broken basement window.
The leaking roof: We did have my brother(roofer) check and
caulk the troubled area Saturday 7/15/06 before your inspection
Tuesday 7/18/06. We do plan on him returning to reinspect the
roof to make sure there will be no further leaking.
We plan on following thru with all work above in a timely
fashion. Depending on the availability of the tree service and
roofer.
