Last Updated Code 17-368 & 17-44A Compliance No Compliance Date 07/17/2006 No owner or agent shall allow on any premises any condition which creates a public nuisance. The owner of a property shall cut or cause to ~e cut all grass, weeds and other like vegitative growth in excess of 8 inches in height by the Compliance Date above. If compliance is not chieved, the City at its option will take measure to have such vegetative growth cut and the costs incurred plus an administative fee will be billed to the property owner and/or City may issue citations for failure to comply. I Item # Description 07/10/2006 Summary By policy, if repeat or similar violations of this nature are found on this property or others you may own a warning will not be issued and the City at its option will take measures to correct and bill you for the costs and/or issue citations for non-compliance. It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders by the Compliance Date. Please contact the issuing inspector prior to this date. Violations must be corrected and approved within 30 days unless otherwise noted. Call for reinspections prior to concealment and/or occupancy. Minniecheske, regarding 2836 stoney Beach st. Property. To Whom It May Concern, City of Oshkosh: I, Donald J. Minniecheske, owner of the property at 2836 stoney Beach st. received the attached correction Notice on July 13, 2006 regarding the cutting of the grass and first had to buy a new lawn mower and did cut the grass on Sunday July 16, 2006 because the City of Oshkosh on Feb. 1, 2006 destroyed my home and garage which included personal property, lawn equipment and tools to maintain, all without any authority to do so contrary to law and while the case was on appeal before the Court of Appeals. That on Feb. 23, 2006, I filed a Notice of Tort Claim and Cause of Action pursuant to Sec. 893.80 Wisc. Stats. giving the Defendants an opportunity to show cause why my Claim of Injury and Damages should not be paid, which they failed to do. Which gives me no alternative but to file a Quiet Title Action for FRAUD and under the racketeering statute and conspiracy as defined in Sec. 946.82 Wisc. Stats. Further, that after I finished cutting the grass on Sunday July 16, 2006, I then was informed by the neighbor that the property was sold at an auction in May without any notice to me as required by law which constitutes another cause of action under the racketeering and conspiracy and Fraud statute as stated above and to unlawfully seize my property contrary to law and the United States Constitution which all public officials of the City of Oshkosh have Sworn under Oath to uphold "so help me God"...
