The parking/storing of vehicles including recreational and/or those for sale in/on areas not designated for parking or lawns is prohibited. See enclosed photos for locations and specifics on violations noted. Item # Description Last Updated Summary It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as specified and return the signed confirmation. The boat and trailer cannot be stored anywhere on the lawn. Please remove the boat and trailer from the premises or move them to a legal parking spot. Also, if the boat does not have current registration it annot be stored on the premesis except for the garage. Violations must be corrected and approved within 30 days unless otherwise noted. Call for reinspections prior to concealment and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections, the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 6/29/2006 FINAL NOTICE Office hours for obtaining permits are Monday through Friday 7:30-8:30 a.m. and 12:30.-1 :30 p.m. or by appointment.
