nuisance, eyesore and/or hazard. This includes the proper storage & removal of garbage & debris. All of the
'unkldebris/carparts/etc. shall be cleaned up from the perimeter of the house and either disposed of or properly stored out of
public view. See photos.

and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 4/14/06
Office hours for obtaining permits are Monday through Friday 7:30-8:30 a.m. and 12:30-1 :30 p.m. or by appointment. To schedule
