No. 878, a distance of 27.24 feet, to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence N 89030'45" E, a distance of 465.05 feet, to the east line of said C.S.M. No. 878; thence S 1035'26" W, along the east line of said C.S.M. No. 878, a distance of25.02 feet; thence S 89030'45" W, a distance of 464.93 feet, to the west line of said C.S.M. No. 878; thence N 1018'54" E, along the west line of said C.S.M. No. 878, a distance of25.0l feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; said described tract containing 11,625 Square Feet, more or less. IT IS FURTHER MUTUALLY AGREED that no building, tree or other substantial or permanent structure shall be placed upon said property by the Grantor. Not withstanding any legal doctrine to the contrary, it is intended that this easement remain in full force and effect, regardless of underlying ownership of the subject premises, until released by the CITY OF OSHKOSH through a subsequent recorded instrument. The Grantee hereby releases the Grantor from all debts, claims, demands, damages, actions and causes of action whatsoever which may result from said easement heretofore granted by Grantor, and further agrees to hold the Grantor free and harmless from any claim for damages which may be made by reason of damages or injury to persons or property connected therewith. .
