An inspection of your property during inspections in the neighborhood revealed the following violations of the Oshkosh
Municipal Code, which shall be corrected by the compliance dates specified for each item.

Per your request, you were given an extenstion to cut up and store the pallets. It has been over 1 month beyond your origional Compliance
Date and there is still a large amount of pallets remaining in the yard. The pallets shall be removed completely by 6/23/06. (This represents
an extension of almost 2 months.) Also, the vehicle cannot be stored/parked on the lawn and shall be removed by the Compliance Date on
his notice.

Summary It is the responsibility of every property owner to confirm compliance with these orders before the compliance date as
specified. Please contact this office on or before the scheduled due date to schedule a re-inspection of the property.
Violations must be corrected and approved within 30 days unless otherwise noted. Call for reinspections prior to concealment
and/or occupancy. Upon completing the corrections, the owner/contractor/agent must sign and date at the bottom of this notice
and return it to the Inspection Services Division by the Compliance Date of 6/15/2006
Office hours for obtaining permits are Monday through Friday 7:30-8:30 a.m. and 12:30-1 :30 p.m. or by appointment. To schedule
inspections please call the Inspection Request line at 236-5128 noting the address, permit number (when applicable), and the
