Box 1130 Oshkosh, VVI 54903-1130 Re: Correction Notice for 1022 Jackson St. dated 6/8/2006 Dear Inspectors: The car in question for this violation belongs to Joshua Tritt, a tenant at 1022 Jackson St. He was repeatedly told to place the car in the area provided, which is in front of the garage facing Prospect Ave. or to park in the garage. The last few times I was at the duplex the car was not parked in the yard. The building was sold to Ron Montgomery, and he should be notified of any corrections needed. Mr. Montgomery will be living in the lower unit starting this July. If you must contact him before that, please contact my realtor, Ralph Spanbauer at Adashun Jones.
